A Message from the Director
Thank you to all of you who have reached out a hand of support and encouragement since the announcement of my new position as the Executive Director of Child Care Connections. It is an honor to work with each of you as we try to improve the quality of early care and education available to our children and to bring awareness to the issues surrounding children.
I was recently reminded of a great article that was shared with me by my friends and colleagues, Chris Logue and Cathryn Reiber, from Elbert County. The text is included below:

A couple of quotes to consider as we interact with children during our busy days, taken from the YC Young Children magazine.
“How to be in a relationship may be the most important “skill” children ever learn!!!!”
“When teachers develop high-quality relationships with children, they support problem solving, allowing the children to experience success without too much or too little assistance.”
