The training will provide opportunities to gain an understanding of the following topics in the context of military families:

  • Impact of stress/trauma on young children
  • Resiliency in families
  • Collaboration between military and civilian agencies
  • Guest Speaker Marguerite McCormack is a consultant, trainer and licensed practitioner in the field of trauma and couple’s therapy

Health care, Early childhood education, family support and mental health professionals supporting military families are invited.
